On July 31, China Aviation Science and Technology Sports Achievement Exhibition and Beijing World Park Aviation Science and Technology Sports Carnival held its opening ceremony in Beijing World Park, China Aviation Sports Association, China Radio and Directional Sports Association, China Sailing Model Sports Association, China Vehicle Model Sports Association, four national associations representing the highest level of China's aviation science and technology sports gathered in the World Park, jointly opened the Beijing World Park to become the first "aviation science and technology sports park" new course. Jia Bing, director of the Aviation Radio Model Sports Management Center of the State Sports Administration, Ren Hongguo, secretary of the Party Committee, Yu Bo, deputy secretary of the Yanqing District Committee, and Ren Jianghao, deputy district chief of Yanqing District, attended the opening ceremony.
With the official opening of the results exhibition, the 2021 National Aviation Model Invitational was held in Beijing World Park, hosted by the State Administration of Sports Air Traffic Control Center, the China Aviation Sports Association, the Beijing Yanqing District People's Government, The Yanqing District Sports Bureau, Beijing World Park, 311 athletes from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi and other provinces and cities. There are six events in the competition, namely 3g rubber glider race, fixed wing soundtrack fancy flight, paper aircraft (around the mark, ship) drone football, drone first view racing and drone third view racing.
In order to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control, participants in Beijing need to show a 7-day keric acid negative certificate, all participants need to be vaccinated against the new crown vaccine, pre-race require normal body temperature, health code green code, daily temperature and health monitoring.
The model movement is a practical, interesting and systematic activity, and also a high-tech aerospace science education activity. The successful holding of the event, on the basis of promoting the development of China's aviation science and technology sports industry, opened the beginning of the construction of a new brand of aviation sports and science and technology sports in Beijing World Park. The event led to more than 1800 people in the extended accommodation, estimated accommodation income of nearly 450,000 yuan, effectively promoting the region's sports industry and the whole region tourism integration and development.
